Cancellation of lessons/aquatic supervision services by Francis Swim School

At times, such as due to incremental weather or illness of a contractor, a consultation service may need to be cancelled. We will advise you as soon as possible if your aquatic consultation needs to be cancelled. A full refund or credit of paid fees will be offered.

Pool quality

Your learn-to-swim pool must be in good working order and comply with industry standards such as chlorine (2-4ppm) and pH levels (7.2-7.6). Many pool shops offer free pool testing. In the event that Francis Swim School deems your pool unsafe for swimming, the consultation will be cancelled, and you will forfeit your fees. We strongly recommend getting your pool tested professionally prior to the commencement of swimming consultations, and on a daily basis.
